Approved Comfort?s policy on any work performed is ?payment upon completion, and only when satisfied.? When our Service Technician performed the diagnostic we found many issues with the equipment (old age, rust, corrosion, etc.) that could lead to potential problems. This customer only agreed to and signed off on the most basic of services to address and fix items to ?get them going again.? Upon getting the system working again, we reiterated that many of the deficiencies may create problems and we couldn?t guarantee what other issues could result from not completely repairing the system. The customer signed permission to begin work, initialed what work was to be performed PRIOR to beginning said work, and once done AND completely satisfied the customer signed that all work was done as agreed and to their satisfaction. Furthermore, the customer then filled out and signed a personal check for payment of services rendered to their satisfaction and that was complete. Due to the age and condition of the equipment, the customer requested information on a new system. When speaking with the Salesperson, Judith indicated that she and her husband wanted to wait until the end of summer since ?our air conditioner is working just fine now;? both parties agreed to speak in September. Several hours later the service technician called into Management that the customer was making extremely threatening and harassing phone calls; in response to the A/C not working again. When Management called, instead of allowing Approved Comfort to offer solutions and dispatch a technician, this customer continued to threaten our employees and promised to ?say bad things about us? if we did not replace their entire system for free. As we told the customer, there were many issues concerning their equipment and that the simplest fix is not the best fix; but they demanded we get it to run again and didn?t care if one issue is fixed and others may arise. So for giving the customer what they want, a simple fix, and for not replacing their old system with a brand new one for free- they are making comments like this posted here. Despite the materially false allegations, including these remarks, we have made attempts to contact the client to offer solutions to fix their issues, including a full refund of any monies paid, but have not heard anything back Pros: Customer Service, Quality, Great Pricing, No Labor Charges
