I have never been displeased enough with a service to write a review... until now. Save your money. I was left wondering if this person really knew what he was doing. I would not recommend Capital Appliance Repair to anyone based on the service I recieved. The repair technician admitted he could not narrow down the problem and would need to resort to randomly buying parts until he discovered which one was causing the problem. That is not my idea of how an educated technician should troubleshoot a problem. He basically ran out of things to try and just wanted to get out of here. I never have been as disappointed in the value I have recieved for a service call. My problem was no closer to being solve when he left than when he got there... I was just poorer.
