I had the unfortunate experience of using this company to help me remove an animal from my attic. I was charged $650.00 and traps were placed outside of my home not in the attic. I questioned why outside and I was told there were 5 entry holes and Mike Thagard the owner would catch the animal and remove it. His work was to be guaranteed. When I finally reached Mike Thagaard after several attempts he cussed me out using the F word instead of trying to help me. How Unprofessional. I did not get the service and then I got abused. DO NOT "USE MIKE THAGAARD! of Critter Catchers in Acworth!!
