bad service at critter catchers 3/20/2011

awful service, always late, always pushing for a sale or add on to inital serive request. On last vist dirt prints from his shoes covered my stairs , hallway, bedroom , and attic area. Did not say a word about and he had to know - not just a little dirt - do not use this man or this company. I have never written a review on anyone - but I had to let others know not to waste their time with this guy / company. more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY- PAID THEM AND THEN GOT CUSSED OUT! 12/30/2010

I had the unfortunate experience of using this company to help me remove an animal from my attic. I was charged $650.00 and traps were placed outside of my home not in the attic. I questioned why outside and I was told there were 5 entry holes and Mike Thagard the owner would catch the animal and remove it. His work was to be guaranteed. When I finally reached Mike Thagaard after several attempts he cussed me out using the F word instead of trying to help me. How Unprofessional. I did not get the service and then I got abused. DO NOT "USE MIKE THAGAARD! of Critter Catchers in Acworth!! more
