Review content:
The first time we went to the Won Won Wok we asked for 4 adults and 2 high chairs. The hostess showed us to a table, pointed and said "the high chairs are over there." We were shocked that in a sit-down restaurant we had to get our own high chairs. And its not like they were busy; we we the only ones there. Another time we had some questions about menu items. Our server's response was a shrug and "I don't know," not even bothering to go find out. We decided that the service was so bad that next time we'd try take-out. I found a printable coupon online from the Entertainment Book for 2 for 1 menu item. We took it in and the restautant wouldn't honor it because it wasn't 'torn out of the book.' For all the ridiculousness you'd think the food would be above marginal.
