Great prices -- Excellent selection -- TERRIBLE service. My refrigerator came with a dented door and had to be replaced; my oven was placed on backorder; and my washer and dryer were not properly installed. As a result, I had to wait a week for a technician, who called during the week to inform me that parts were ordered (for the machine he had not yet examined), and since they would not be in until the end of the week, he would reschedule for the following week. Two weeks so far without a washer and dryer . . . Also, customer service on the phone is satisfactory, but once a purchase is made -- Beware!
