gave this place 3 chances... I thought I may have been overly picky, but I was wrong. My over all picture of this place is unorganized and have employees working there give out totally wrong information, non-animal lovers and rude employee's . One guy that worked there even reeked of alcohol. Plus the hours of operation are horrible. You are not allowed to drop off of pick up before or after hours. Hours are 8a-5p... Most of the world has to be at work at 8am. The employee I spoke to really was rude when asking if I could drop my dog off at 7:50am. Even though this place is 2 miles from my house and on the way to my job. I will definately drive out of my way to make sure my dog is in good c
