I like Pet Palace because they have play rooms that the dogs play in most of the day. They are able to interact with other dogs and are not just stuck in a cage all day. Pros: They have daytime play rooms. Cons: A little unorganized. more

I just want to say thanks for taking such good care of my dog. It was funny that buddie didnt want to leave you guys. I like that your a small company, dogs get more attention that way. I had to leave out of town to work on the road, while I was gone for 3 months I boarded my dogs at Pet Palace, I missed my dogs so much I would call everyday to check on them. The lady who answered was always nice and loved having my dogs there. When I got back I couldnt wait to pick up my dogs. So I asked the owner if I couldnt get back in time on Saturday if I could pick them up on Sunday. She told me I could get them Sunday night at 6 with no problem. I got there to pick up my 2 babies and they were so happy it made me happy. I took them to the vet that monday for a check up and they had gained a little weight while I was away, which we fine by me. I have 2 healthy happy dogs. I still use Pet Palace when I go out of town because its so personable with staff who love the dogs,a nd play with dogs as well. GREAT JOB Pet Palace!!! Boarded my 2 boxers for 2 weeks and when I picked them up they were outside playing with other dogs. They were having so much fun, they did not want to leave. Nice facility and the price is good for the service you receive. Pros: Dogs get to play at no extra charge! more

I took my dog to the vet the day before I took her to pet palace where she weighed 86lb. When I came to pick up my great dane 8 days later she looked so thin that I knew right away she had not been fed properly. I went back the vet to have her checked out and sure enough my great dane had lost SEVEN!!!! pounds in 10 days, and the vet assured me that this could not have happened because of stress it is just too much weight to be lost so fast! I am so furious and the owner refuses to return my calls. This place should be shut down! Pros: nothing Cons: starve your animals more

gave this place 3 chances... I thought I may have been overly picky, but I was wrong. My over all picture of this place is unorganized and have employees working there give out totally wrong information, non-animal lovers and rude employee's . One guy that worked there even reeked of alcohol. Plus the hours of operation are horrible. You are not allowed to drop off of pick up before or after hours. Hours are 8a-5p... Most of the world has to be at work at 8am. The employee I spoke to really was rude when asking if I could drop my dog off at 7:50am. Even though this place is 2 miles from my house and on the way to my job. I will definately drive out of my way to make sure my dog is in good c more
