Review content:
This company has shown me that there are still personable mechanics out there. Every time I walked into the store I was greeted by my name and felt very welcome. They went above and beyond with their customer service!! Even though my car took a few days to fix (I needed major work done on it) I felt like the mechanics were really trying to make my car run perfect (it runs better then the day I bought it) not like they had been slacking and not working on it. Johnny and Greg were so nice and friendly (managers). They should be the poster boys for excellent customer service. They went out of their way to help me on multiple occasions spanning from a replacement vehicle (no extra cost or hassle) to answering every little question I had. They have gained a customer for life and someone who will refer Honest One to everyone she knows.
