The work was done timely on my car - however the parts were WAY overpriced. I could find the part for my car for $130 at NAPA, O'Reilly, AutoZone, PepBoys etc..Called A LOT!! - they charged me $266. 50% markup on parts - really? I get they mark up parts - but 50%??? Won't see me back there again - ever - and learned a lesson about asking about parts pricing BEFORE the work is done. I'll want to know what their mark up is before I go anywhere. Hope that my painful lesson helps someone else out there!! more

This company has shown me that there are still personable mechanics out there. Every time I walked into the store I was greeted by my name and felt very welcome. They went above and beyond with their customer service!! Even though my car took a few days to fix (I needed major work done on it) I felt like the mechanics were really trying to make my car run perfect (it runs better then the day I bought it) not like they had been slacking and not working on it. Johnny and Greg were so nice and friendly (managers). They should be the poster boys for excellent customer service. They went out of their way to help me on multiple occasions spanning from a replacement vehicle (no extra cost or hassle) to answering every little question I had. They have gained a customer for life and someone who will refer Honest One to everyone she knows. Pros: null Cons: null more

Honest-1 has been the best service and repair company I have ever deal with. They are up front on what needs to be done and what it costs; there aren't things that come up as an upsale later that require more money. They listen and accept the customer's decision on what repairs to make and others to be poseponed without giving you sales pressure. They reward loyalty by answering questions and reponding to small maintenace requests that they have tinkered with at no charge. Highly recomended! more

Its hard to find a place you can trust to do work on your vehicles ,that aren't trying to to reach in your wallet for every dime you have. more

Being unfamiliar with car issues I generally expect to be "taken advantage of." This was not the case at Honest 1, they had no problem telling me that there wasn't anything wrong with my car and gave me an estimate on work "it could use." more
