New to the area, I was needing to locate a new OB/GYN. Having scheduled my appointment 2 months in advance - I showed up to my appointment only to be told that they wouldn't see me because I hadn't completed an on-line new patient history form. I explained that I had never been told about this form (prior to my appointment I'd even gone to their website to see if there were any new patient forms that needed to be downloaded and completed - which there weren't, no guidance at all for new patients on their website). I was simply told that paperwork should have been emailed or mailed to me, containing a password to log on to system (guess I should have gotten out my crystal ball and known that this is how they handled things - silly me). No sympathies or benefit of the doubt given to me. If this is how they strive to make a first impression with a new patient - I can only wonder how much compassion and understanding they would show if I were in a precarious or frightning medical situation. Would not recommend, and will not be rescheduling - there has to be someplace better.
