I recently used Bright Touch Maids and the service was horrible. When they left my home they only dusted the front portion of my furniture and some places of my home was not even cleaned. The baseboards was in the same condition as when they arrived, I paid extra to have the dishes cleaned and the maid only loaded the dishwasher and never cleaned them. My windows was never cleaned, in other words my home was not properly cleaned. I called and talked talked to management and was told they would send out to view my home since it was within 48 hours and management never called back and no one never showed up to my home. This is the worst cleaning company and the customer service is the worst, they place you on hold or you leave a message and no one returns the calls. The cleaning was done half ass considering more than one maid showed up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER
