Review content:
First off, I love the doctors. Thank you to especially Dr. Miller for his patience and understanding. I can put up with the fairly high prices and unreasonably long waits, but I don't think I can put up with their rude office staff any longer. Particularly Cookie. I have seen more customer service and just plain respect for human beings from sixteen-year-old McDonald's employees than from her. Why be so surly, when I just want my animals taken care of AND am willing to pay the price? I want my pet to be taken care of and be treated like a fellow human being. Apparently this is too much to ask. This is also not a one time incident. I have been taking my business to BHC for over ten years now and have never been treated with such disrespect! I've met squirrely, incompetent reception help at BHC which I can deal with, but uncalled for rudeness I just don't understand and it doesn't equal good business!!
