Review content:
Well, I have only eaten here once and had the chicken flautas. The setting was quite nice, but the menus were a little doggy around the edges. The menu itself was rather conventional Tex Mex which was disappointing.in that regard. The dish was well prepared and with generous proportions, especially of the avocado garnish on top. some restaurants serve a portion of about half a teaspoon as if the diner might well be allergic to it. Everything was well seasoned with the sole exception of the chicken breast in the flauta. If is prepared the traditional way by boiling all of the flavor out then shredding it and lightly seasoning it.according to my competent and knowledgeable waitress. Unfortunately, after the light but correctly hot deep frying, it was dry and not of a pleasing texture. Traditionally correct, but palpably lifeless.
