My family and I found the first mexican restaurant without a line and had a total of maybe 5 tables currently seated. The fast seating was impressive and well it was downhill after that. The waiter didn't take a drink order and just assumed that we all wanted water. Once he came back about 20 minutes later we asked for sodas which took another 20 minutes. At about an hour he took the order... The food arrived about an hour later and only half the plates were ready. In fact the guy messed up one of the orders but it was too late to correct. We spent a horrible 2.5 hours there and received terrible service. If you want a crappy meal and a 3 hour wait this is the resturant for you. I wish I could report that this is the only place that offers poor service but it seems if they have a location on the river the food and service are not a priority in San Antonio.
Pros: No line and quick to get seated
Cons: Food is bad, Waiter is slow, and workflow is disorganized
