Michael Madamba was highly responsive and flexible in meeting with me at times that were convenient for me. He literally walked out of a staff meeting at one point on Thursday; and when I inquired, said I was more important (which I appreciated.) He was equally responsive via email and in person. He handling the pricing discussions objectively and positively. Michael Troc was very efficient in plowing through the paperwork, made sure I understood what I was signing, offered a number of products and services, described their benefits, and was respectful when I declined some. I would definitely recommend both Oakland Volkswagen and my car to others.
