In November 2006 I brought my car in for a 60K service. The next day following the service my husband is driving to work and the undercarriage loosens up and starts dragging on the freeway. He immediately pulled over, got help to temporarily fix it and headed back to the dealership only to find out screws and security nuts were missing. In May 2008 I brought my car in for a 80K service. A week later following the service my husband is driving to work and he hears a knocking sound when he presses on the clutch and the car starts shaking. He immediately turns around and heads back to the dealership only to find out that the wheels were not centered correctly. Who knows what will happen at the next service (if I decide to go back)! Pros: The people are friendly. Cons: The mechanics need to do a better thorough check of services before returning cars to customers.
