Review content:
We finished signing on the dotted line Saturday, but our car had to be picked up from another dealer so we came back to grab it on Sunday. Turns out there were no detailers working Sunday and we pulled up only to find our salesman, Chris Murphy, out washing the car by himself. Talk about going above and beyond. My wife and I could not have been more impressed by Chris or thankful that he was our salesperson. He was not your "typical car salesman", just a friendly, easy to relate to, nice guy that made our decision very easy--- especially after visiting a few other dealerships. The whole process was a great experience for us so thank you, Chris, and Oakland VW!
