I recently had the pleasure of attending a VW new owners dinner here in Oakland about a month after my purchase and I must say I was impressed. The food was delicious and it was great to meet all of the VW family. Hearing from each department and getting to know the faces was informative and helpful. Of course I'm in love with my car so it doesn't take much to make me happy but it was refreshing to see a dealership do something extra for their customers and make them feel important and cared for. I'm sure in the future the luster of my car will wear off but my impression of Oakland VW will not. Great job!
