Businiess name:  Volkswagen of Oakland

Review content:
I understand that buying a new car at a dealership isn't everyone's idea of fun. But I had a really great buying experience at Oakland VW. I bought (leased, actually) a 2011 Jetta Sportwagen. It's an awesome car--I love VWs, from my 1969 Karmann Ghia to my 2002 Golf, so I never really considered anything else. I wanted a new VW, and I live in Oakland, so where else was I gonna go? The salesman I worked with was Jhimbo Espiritu. He is a really, really great guy. He didn't put any pressure on me at all; I was very straight with him, he was straight with me. I recommend that anyone who's looking for a VW stop by and ask for him. (I'm sure the other sales guys are... well, actually, who knows. I didn't talk to the other guys.) The bottom line: I thought it was going to be an annoying process, and it wound up being really great.
