The office manager is a complete bitch! My son was a patient there for several years we had to find a new doctor because we were treated like crap! I had a situation where I needed to talk to the doctor, she made it her mission to block me from even having a conversation with him! She was so determined to control & try to exercise her menial power that she had blatant disregard for my son's well being. (this was all over a refill on an antibiotic) When one of the office girls invited me to come in the back the office manager freaked out on the girl & she actually called the police on me! she told them I was asked to leave & was trespassing! this was so ridiculous I still can't believe it! I would not recommend this practice.The staff at any business where I am spending money (A LOT of it!) or a little of it, should help make my experience easy & pleasant- not make it their mission to make things difficult. I called my family doctor & got the medicine he needed & found a new dermatologist
