Review content:
Although their prices were fair, the service is terrible. Due to their incompetence, my whole family could have died Here's what happened. We went to have two new tires installed on the front of our van before we went on our family vacation, but apparently they did not tighten them. The next day as we are traveling 70mph down an interstate we notice something does not feel right. We quickly pull off to the side of the road and realize that our tires are loose. After tightening them, we went to pull back onto the road. As we pulled onto the road the berm of the road was very rough. Later that day when we reached our hotel for the night, we checked in and began unloading our stuff. That's when we noticed our tire was flat. Apparently as we pulled back onto the road over the rough berm, our rim got bent which caused the flat. We immediately called Import Export and let them know what happened. They told us to bring the tire in when we returned home. Upon our return we took the tire in and they said they would be in touch. Two weeks later we had heard nothing. We stopped back in to find out what was going on. They basically told us that we were liars. They claim the tires were on tight and that we just went through a pothole. It was not their fault. After some arguing, they said they'd have the manager look at the tire. That was two weeks ago and we still have heard nothing. They need to own up to their incompetence and replace our rim. They should be thankful they did not severely hurt 5 people. No respectable business would treat their customers this way. So I would not recommend this place to anyone.
