this weekend my husband got tires on my car one of the employees shut the drivers side door too hard an the window broke we thought mr tire would pay for it but no we had to pay for the window an they put it in at no cost but now the window cant go down because it needs a new regulator which would cost us a extra 200 to put in we dont blame the employees but hte manager i would never recommened mr tire to anyone Pros: null Cons: null more

I purchased tires for many years from Import/Export on Arona Road until I bought a few new cars. Was out of the area for a few years and came back to Im/Ex. Same management team(that in itself tells you something). I had trouble with a tire and had to have air several times. Busy or not, they were friendly and treated me like they appreciated my business. I HIGHLY recommend this company.First rate. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers. more

As garages go, I trust these guys. They always have better tire prices than the national chains, and actually know enough about the tires to make recommendations. They have treated my wife very well (replacing headlights, turn signals, etc...). Pros: Quick service. good prices. knowledge Cons: none more

Although their prices were fair, the service is terrible. Due to their incompetence, my whole family could have died Here's what happened. We went to have two new tires installed on the front of our van before we went on our family vacation, but apparently they did not tighten them. The next day as we are traveling 70mph down an interstate we notice something does not feel right. We quickly pull off to the side of the road and realize that our tires are loose. After tightening them, we went to pull back onto the road. As we pulled onto the road the berm of the road was very rough. Later that day when we reached our hotel for the night, we checked in and began unloading our stuff. That's when we noticed our tire was flat. Apparently as we pulled back onto the road over the rough berm, our rim got bent which caused the flat. We immediately called Import Export and let them know what happened. They told us to bring the tire in when we returned home. Upon our return we took the tire in and they said they would be in touch. Two weeks later we had heard nothing. We stopped back in to find out what was going on. They basically told us that we were liars. They claim the tires were on tight and that we just went through a pothole. It was not their fault. After some arguing, they said they'd have the manager look at the tire. That was two weeks ago and we still have heard nothing. They need to own up to their incompetence and replace our rim. They should be thankful they did not severely hurt 5 people. No respectable business would treat their customers this way. So I would not recommend this place to anyone. more

We currently going through a huge car problem. We have always taken our car to im/ex when there is work needing to be done that my husband can not do. They fixed 3 things, and we are still having the same problem. For everything they have done, we should have paid a great deal of money. The man behind the counter has been extremely wonderful and understanding to us. This is the first auto shop that i have ever gone to that seemed to care about something other than getting thier payment. I can not say enough good words about the man we have been dealing with. In the past when we take our car to them they always fix the car in a prompt time frame. Never days without a car, as with other places. more
