Let me first start off by saying I really liked Dr. Shen she was very nice very proffessional. The office staff and nurses on the other hand are terrible! I scheduled a new patient appointment for my daughter and was told to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out paper work. When we walked in we were not greeted at all, walked up to the desk and stood there for about 2 minutes before anyone said anything which still wasnt hi it was insurance and id please. I filled out her paper work and then sat there until 30 minutes after my scheduled time to go back. When back there we were given 3 scripts which I dropped off on Thursday evening to the pharmacy. When I went to pick them up one couldnt be filled due to needing pre-authorization from my ins. the pharmacy called the doctors office and let them know.
