Businiess name:  Fusco's Via Roma

Review content:
Fuscos is far more than merely a restaurant, it is a dining EXPERIENCE! Without the pretentiousness of all too many haute cuisine restaurants that are all appearance signifying nothing, FUSCOS is the real deal; a fine restaurant in the European manner, where the enjoyment of a meal becomes a night out to be savored. Yes, the food is incredible...and I have eaten in the finest the U.S. and the world have to offer.. but, in their striving for excellence, Fuscos retains the casual, welcoming, evening to be enjoyed experience that is all too often lost in the U.S., an atmosphere that carries over in notions like community, enjoyment, relaxation, conversation and so much more, like that found in the cities and villages of Europe. Enjoy the veranda, the music, a drink before dinner, then LATER a fine ensalta misto replete with fresh fennel. A bit of good bread with just the right touch of a rich olive oil and a touch of GOOD parmagiana reggiano, maybe with some wonderful Montepulciano...now THAT's Italian. Meanwhile the lyrics of Sinatra, Jerry Vail, Perry Como, Dean Martin, Louis Prima, Jerry Vale and others both sooth and serve to set the tone for a sumptuous repast. I love their appetizers and authentically prepared vegetable dishes, but all in good time!
