I've been coming to Dr. Reese since December for my son's braces, and I am so impressed. He and his assistants have been very friendly and treated me as family at Gentech. Recently, my son had a bracket break off when he bit into a crunchy pizza crust, which left the wire poking his cheek. I called Gentech that evening to tell them what happened (I couldn't believe they were still open at 6:40pm!) and the girl who answered was kind enough to fit us into their schedule the very next time Dr. Reese was in. We came in expecting to have to wait, since we were an emergency, but the ortho assistant came out and got my son right on time and they had it fixed in under 15 minutes! I'm so happy with them, I'll be sending my two daughters to see Dr. Reese and his team this summer.
Pros: kind, gentle, professional, thorough
Cons: I wish I would have had my braces done here instead!
