My hot tub was old and broke....Its was time to find a new one so we started to search online. I came across a store called Heat N' Sweep in Okemos, MI. The company had a great website with all kinds of products and information. We came into the store and was treated so nicely and with so much respect. The sales staff brought us refreshments and really just sat and talked with us. They didn't try to pressure me or try to sell me something more than I needed. I went with the an Arctic hot tub, which was made to withstand all weather conditions, and was one of the only hot tub companies to sell products all across the world! The installers came with my new tub and removed my old hot tub so I didn't have to deal with it! This is a great company, and now I can see why they have been in business so long!
