i had a bad experience with Flora. When I called to make an appt., she scheduled it for February 14th, Valentine's Day. Then the day of the appt. she called to ask me if I could come in earlier....I couldn't because I was at work and had scheduled the original appt. for after work. I had told her that we could reschedule it and she said no and kept it at the orig. time. Well talk about being rushed. When I got there she was on the phone and took her time on her phone call before she got to me. Then while in the chair, she kept getting personal phone calls which meant that I had to sit there till she was done with her phone conversation. Then when she did get back to cutting and styling my hair, she rushed thru it and then got back on another phone call. When I left the salon, she was standing outside chit chatting on the phone....I was really disappointed in this place because all the reviews were so good.
