Dr Nicholson may be terrific, but I'll never know, because there are no cuts in the curb to permit my wheelchair to get onto the ramp leading down to this office --it was (obviously) my first visit and maybe it was just as well because they had no record of my appointment. I called today to find out if the access problem had been fixed. When I announced the purpose of the call, she replied with the utmost exhaustion, "Yeahh, yeahh, yeahh, adding she'd heard that from "a lot" of people.
