Review content:
We have used Jadtek for a couple of years and have been VERY happy with the monitoring service, especially having had prior HORRIBLE service with ADT. However, when our alarm malfunctioned, we found that it was almost impossible to get it fixed in a timely manner without paying the emergency rates, and even then, the wait was not acceptable. They must not have enough people to work. In addition, the lady we had to deal with for service was extremely rude and obviously didn't care about keeping us as customers.
Pros: excellent dispachers and monitoring service
Cons: Extremely rude scheduler and alarm service
