RJ's Limos was great, up until it was time for them to provide the service i paid for on my wedding day. They recommended i reserve only a pick up/drop off service for one of their limos to take my bridesmaids, but when the limo arrived and we were not ready they called me from the office to tell me the limo would be leaving. The man who called me had absolutely no sympathy for me and told me it was not his problem. When my parents got on the phone he was rude, disrespectful, and used foul language. Apparently the pick up/drop off was only for a 15 minute period, which they never explained to me, so they left my bridesmaids stranded at my parents house. Luckily we were able to use another service at the last minute. The day of our wedding was raining and there was flooding in some areas, so when they dropped us off at the reception they told us they would not be returning with the party bus to take me, my husband, our bridal party, and guests back to the hotel at the end of the night. Our guests were able to attend our wedding and drive, but a professional limo company could not?? We ended up having to pile into cars of guests who drove themselves and calling taxis, who had no problem comming out in the rain. In the end they agreed to refund the money for the party bus, the airport transportation (which i cancelled for the next day. There was no way i would give them anymore business.) but not for my bridesmaids limo. I would NEVER EVER recommend R.J.'s Limousines to anyone for any occasion. The customer service was despicable and no one should be treated this way on one of the most important and special days of their lives.
