Review content:
The Chem-Dry of Michiana/Elkhart is always prompt and knowledgeable. They do the job right the first time. I use them twice a year, in the spring and the fall, and I am always satisfied. They are very helpful, efficient, and polite.
At one point I had a major stain and the owner of Chem-Dry came out to look at it and get it out. I could tell that if he hadn't gotten it out easily he would have researched and figured out how to fix it. He really went the extra mile to make sure my carpet was clean.
I feel comfortable bringing up issues and questions with the team at Chem-Dry because I know the issues will be addressed. They are all very polite and professional.
