overall very satisfied 7/16/2012

my bedroom carpets are older w/ pet stains that bleed thru from the pad. last time you cleaned them this didn't happen for about 4 mos {usually it's been 1-2 mos after cleaning). currently they look really clean & I'm hoping to get 3-4 mos. again. my puppy is housebroken now so I hope this helps. more

Chem Dry did a wonderful job of making our carpets look like they were just put in and making them smell SO fresh! We had installed brand new carpet 2 years ago and had not done any cleaning to them ourselves and they look so beautiful and still smell soooooo good after a week! I am very pleased with our experience. It was a very easy procedure and they were in and out in a very timely manner. Thank you Chem Dry for the great experience. more

top of the line 2/22/2012

This is the 2nd time we had Chem Dry do our carpets and since we have 3 big dogs is was wonderful to see how great a job they do. Even though we vacuum every day the carpets look like new. I would highly recommend to anyone more

Very happy with service. There was a stain that another company had tried to remove without success. I was surprised to see that Chem-Dry was able to remove the spot. We were also pleased with how soon the carpet dried. more

We have a cream color carpet which was pretty dirty in the traffic areas and also where our dog sleeps/eats treats/etc. I really didn't think it would clean up very well, so when it came to choosing the level of package I wanted to purchase, I really didn't want to put money into a higher level of cleaning which included a stain guard. The gentleman who was doing the cleaning told me that they would clean the carpet and we could see how clean it got - then I could decide whether I wanted the stain fighter applied. I thought this was very nice of him! My carpet ended up getting MUCH cleaner than I had thought! GREAT JOB!! more

Friendly service and VERY clean carpets! 5/23/2011

Called to get price. Lady I spoke with was great. She scheduled me a few days later. Jermain arrived promtly and took some measurements and priced it out. Very reasonable price so I gave him the go ahead. He got to work very quickly. I have 5 year old, very light cream color and very high quality carpet. I had some renters and two dogs staying with me for a few months. They left such a mess I thought it was ruined. They spilled iced tea and more which sat for weeks before I saw it. The pet urine stains had been there for two years. I cleaned them with the Bissell SpotBot but they never came out. Jermain's service and Chemdry got them clean and looking brand new. more

My carpet was really stained and dirty, I didn't think it would come clean, just not have as many layers of dirt - and at first after it was cleaned it didn't look much better, but the more it dried the cleaner it looked and by the birthday party two days later it looked wonderful, bright and clean! Very nice young man who did the cleaning also. And I have allergies and wasn't bothered by the smell either. Thanks Chem-Dry! more
