Dr. Z treats her employees like the poop she stepped in. Many times I came into work to find various employees crying because of the tongue lashings they received because of her personal insecurities regarding her marriage or herself. She is convinced her employees are having affairs with her partner. She talks down to her employees as if they are all retarded. She can't even keep other veterinarians in her practice with her.
