Review content:
I joined this group in the fall of last year after having a rather horrible break up with my ex. I had hopes of meeting new people near to my age, since I tend to have a relatively lonely profession. This was one of the biggest, and dumbest mistakes that I've ever made. The people were nice, and the events were fun. That's not really where my problem occurred. I could overlook the fact that the majority of people were not in their mid to late twenties, as I was told, but older. I could ignore the fact that I was paying an outrageous amount monthly, which I was told would cover 80% of my events, but in truth did not cover anything. I could even brush aside all of the extra fees and costs I was initially told did not exist. What I can not, and will not, turn a blind eye to is that I was not ONCE told that I only had three days to cancel. I was pretty much blatantly lied to and lead around. I was unfortunate enough to not realize my mistake until I had already been in the group for about a month. I decided I wanted to cancel and was told that I couldn't.
Cons: shady, scam, tons of fees, money waste
