Review content:
We have dined at Ernesto's many times and each time we are reminded why we continue to dine there. My favorite dish is the carbonara which is rich and creamy with lots of pancetta and sausage. We appreciate that the dinners come with salad and bread. How refreshing to see the owner greeting us at the door and interacting with the guests during the course of the evening. The portions are large which can be enjoyed at home the following day. And, what a pleasure to support a local business. This Italian restuarant is a 10 for me.
