Review content:
Had an evaluation with the owner of the facility. He had clearly made up his mind before he saw me. He refused to honor the approved sessions by the insurance. He basically told me his job is to show me the exercises and I can do them at home. I wrote to the insurance and got a new physical therapist. If the owner of a facility feels this way it does not matter how great a staff there is, the final decision is made by the owner.
