Had an evaluation with the owner of the facility. He had clearly made up his mind before he saw me. He refused to honor the approved sessions by the insurance. He basically told me his job is to show me the exercises and I can do them at home. I wrote to the insurance and got a new physical therapist. If the owner of a facility feels this way it does not matter how great a staff there is, the final decision is made by the owner. more

Convenient 8/19/2005

EM Therapeutics has diferent locations in the southern california area. I went to the one on San Vicente because it is located right next to my work. I was referred here from for some back pain. When I initially contacted them, they were very accommodating. I got my appointment the next morning and when I got here they performed some sort of electropulse thing with a heating pad to work my muscles followed by a deep tissue massage. They focused on one area at a time and the therapist was very understanding and nice. I am very thankful for this place not only for its convenient location but for its great staff. more
