They came out to service my heater and did a great job. They are total professionals at their job. I could not have asked for a better company. They are well informed and answer all your questions without having to call someone else for help. Plus they come prepared to work. That is the best thing. I have called other service companies that have had to run around looking for parts because they did not carry them. That to me equals no expertise and lack of planning. Cold Craft did a great job. They are the best deal for a Diamond Certified company with NATE certified technicians.
