I had another company out here to install my heat pump and those guys tied it into my septic line. My whole house was starting to stink and I didn't know why! Honesty AND Quality 1/11/2011

These guys came out to diagnose my furnace for a great price ($69 bucks!) and they told me that my inducer motor needed to be replaced. I figured that they would come out and also try to push a sale but they didn?t. They recommended that I have the motor replaced. These guys know what they are doing and they are totally honest about what you need to get done. more

Couldn't have done it without you! 12/28/2010

We needed a furnace installed by the end of the year and thanks to Cold Craft we got it. They really worked with us despite of the busy season. Because of them we now have a great new efficient heater and we received a nice tax credit! more

Best Price in town 5/12/2010

I called and called around for a company to come out and service my air conditioner. Finally called this company. I paid and amazing $69 for a routine check. It's actually quite amazing because no one really comes out for that price. Plus this company is Diamond Certified. That is a rare combination. A really cheap price plus quality work because they are Diamond Certified. My air conditioner is running great. Cheapest Price 4/22/2010

I called this company because I needed my furnace looked at. You know furnaces and cars are the same. They need to be maintained. Well I called this company and they cam e out and did a preventative maintenance on my furnace. It was only $49. That is the cheapest in the Bay Area. Plus they are diamond Certified and not a lot of companies are. $49 is the best price for this kind of work. Trust me I called around. And you can be sure that they do great work. Most efficient and economically priced in the South Bay. By the way I asked this work is regularly priced at $179. Pros: Cheap and good more

They came out to service my heater and did a great job. They are total professionals at their job. I could not have asked for a better company. They are well informed and answer all your questions without having to call someone else for help. Plus they come prepared to work. That is the best thing. I have called other service companies that have had to run around looking for parts because they did not carry them. That to me equals no expertise and lack of planning. Cold Craft did a great job. This heating company is very thorough and worth every penny. I just had a heat pump installed in my condo and am very happy. They came recommended by my HOA and now I know why. The best part is that they are always there to answer my questions. I am happy with my heating unit and happy with the company. more

I called Cold Craft Heating & Air Conditioning when I was shopping around for an estimate for a new furnace. Overall the experience was great. The sales person was curteous, professional and very informed on the entire process of a new furnace. The technicians' were great. Had great furnace installed 11/20/2009

This company does both heating and air care. They have great rebate programs. The furnace they installed works great. It heats the entire house within 35 minutes. I know because I have timed it. What a difference a good heating system can make during winter. It's true for an air conditioner during the summer. Call these guys. You will have heat in no time. They have done a very good job. I would only call them. I would not call anyone else. They are very professional. They are out when they say it and really do a through job of checking your equipment and telling what is wrong with it and what needs to be done. They keep you informed and that is what I like the most. It's worth it to call them to handle you furnace or a/c problems. more

Excellect Customer Service 11/12/2009

You do not know how good some one is until you have a problem, and Cold Craft exceeded all my expectations. We had our 50 year old heater replaced and then about two years latter upgraded to having air conditioning. We had the air conditioning installed just prior to my wife having a knee replacement. We know that recooping in the heat was not going to be good. The day that we came home from the hospital it was very hot and sure enough the A/C wasn't working. I called Cold Craft and they indicated they would be out within a couple of hours. 15 minutes latter they were at my door. I asked how they got there so soon, they indicated that the owner Kent saw the service request they had just finished the installation so he knew my wife was just home from the hospital and told them to get the nearest service tech to our house ASAP. What great service. more

I liked the customer service, the product and the crew that did the installations, they were excellent. Also, I liked the office staff, there is always someone live to answer the phones.
