I could not believe the previous review...I did not experience a single one of those things. We were looking for a reception hall that could accommodate for 300+ guests. I wanted both quality and professional service, and that was no where to be found in Indiana, PA. So when we found the 10th Street, I couldn't have been more happy. The hall is gorgeous with hardwood flooring and beautiful architecture and lighting. The price was more than reasonable and the owner was willing to help accommodate us in areas we weren't sure about. The staff is beyond professional and friendly. I met up with the owner a year in advance and even only a day after Christmas. When we showed up, he had the hall set up and was entirely professional. He answered every one of my phone calls at any moment I needed him throughout the next year. He recommended linen companies and ways of arranging the room. He did anything I had asked of him. When we showed up on our wedding day, I was just in total awe of how beautiful it looked. Our guests were so comfortable and pleased with the service and to this day cannot stop talking about the gem we found in Ford City. Their staff serviced our 250 guests within an hour with no congestion or problems. There are also so many little things that the 10th Street does to go above and beyond that they definitely don't need to. For example, they have surround sound, they do a spotlit entrance, and they even bring in a pianist or guitarist for cocktail hour (free of charge). When we left the reception hall, they took care of clean up and had our food, cake and decorations boxed up, on carts and ready to go. It made cleaning up a breeze for our families. Our wedding was such a success because of the professionalism and friendliness of the 10th Street Station staff, as well as the overall charming and beautiful nature of the hall. I would recommend this hall to anyone!!
