I recently had my wedding there, we had about 270 people. The service was horrible! They are very had to get a hold of, it took usually 2 days to get a phone call back (even the week of the wedding). We couldn't get in to decorate until 2 the day before (not enough time when you have a rehersal). They wouldn't let the dj in to set up the day before. When we orginally talked to them they promised lots of things told us they could do lots of things for us. Then they started to add costs for these things near the wedding, ex. for the cookies it was $100. Just to have them put them out! Veggie Tray $1.50 per person Cheese Ball $1.50! I thought that was all high. We asked if we could bring our own in they said no (except with the cookies). They promised fast food service (1 server per 4 tables) it took over 1 1/2 hour to serve everyone!! You must tear down decorations that night or they throw them away! Just not a good experiece. We were to be down at 11 they asked to dj to quite at 10:45! I fell in love with the place, but not reccommed it to anyone. Not worth all the hidden charges and all the head aches not getting questions answered for 2 days after the call. Good Luck!!
