DO NOT do business with these people. 1) They over charge. 2) They do not offer refunds even if THEY SELL YOU the wrong part or if the part that they sell you isn't the right size for your vehicle (all GM parts DO NOT fit all GM vehicles) 3)They act like they know everything about cars and will argue with you even if you have a certified mechanic try to put the part on your car and it doesn't fit and you try to explain to them why it doesn't fit. 4) They are rude and care nothing about customer service. 5) They treat you like an idiot if you are a female. So save yourself the hassle and take it from a 25 year old struggling to make ends meet on her own who is now out a working vehicle and $53 and research a decent, honest auto parts dealer, because the family of the family owned Givens Used Auto Parts are a bunch of sexists crooks!
