I would highly recommend using another dealer if you had any intentions of renting from Budget. They said a truck was not available because it had not been confirmed 72 hours in advance even though the website says 24. Once I got the truck, it was provided 7/8 of a tank and they insisted full by sight. Got charged on return even though returned at same 7/8 - photo's to prove. Truck broke down 112 miles into a 1100 mile trip. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNER ALL THE WAY DOWN
