I GOT THERE 10 MIN. B4 MY APPT. ON THRUSDAY TO HAVE BRITE SMILE DONE. I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM OVER A 40 MINS , THEN WENT BACK. I WAS TREATED WELL AND THE GIRL(MANDY) WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.I MENTIONED DURING AND AFTER THAT MY BOTTOM LIP FELT LIKE IT HAD BEEN STRECHTED TO THE POINT OF SPLITTING. THE NEXT DAY OR TWO I NOTICED A BURNIING FEELING FROM MY LIP. TO MY HORROR I I LOOKED AT THE BLISTERS ON MY BOTTOM LIP CAUSED BY THE SPILLING OF THE BRITE SMILE ON MY LIP. IT IS VERY PAINFUL AND I CALLED ON MONDAY TO BE TOLD IF IT WAS NOT GONE BY THURSDAY (A FULL 8 DAYS LATER) TO CALL. I WOKE UP THURSDAY WITH MY LIPS STUCK TOGETHER, WHEN I OPENED THEM IT PULLED THE SKIN OFF MY LIP ( M*&^%$F*&^%$ !). I CALLED AND THE PERSON WHOM ASK ME TO CALL WAS OFF THURSDAY ! PHYLLLIS ASK MY IF I COULD COME IN RIGHT THEN, OF COURSE I LIVE ABOUT 20 MILES AWAY, I ALSO HAD A APPT, AND COULD NOT. SHE SAID DR.WYCH WOULD CALL ME AFTER HOURS. HE CALLED ABOUT 7 :30 OR SO AND BASICLY TOLD ME SOME THING I COULD BUY TO GET SOME RELEIF. WHAT THE HELL ??? YOU CAUSE BLISTERS ON MY LIP AND WANT ME TO BUY STUFF FOR RELEIF ? IT HAS BEEN THE MOST HORRENDOUS VISIT TO A DENIST IN MY WHOLE LIFE. NOT TO MENTION THE LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY AND LIBILITY DR,WYCH HAS SHOWN IS INCREDIBLY NEGLIGENT AND SHOWS VERY LITTLE CONCERN FOR THE ACT HIS OFFICE CAUSED TO MY LIP. I AM STILL DEALING WITH A INJURED LIP 9 DAYS AFTER THE VISIT, THIS SUCKS !
