My family recently terminated a lease with Byers & Harvey in Clarksville, TN. As a military family, I am naturally leery of rental home agencies because military families can be easy targets for excessive rates and fees. The move-in process was relatively simple with B&H; we established our payments through an allotment system and had virtually no contact with the agency for one year, until we ended our lease and prepared to move out. That is when our issues began.
