Review content:
Great place to live. I have been here over three years and enjoy all that this small community has to offer. They offer amenities for all different price ranges from non-renovated apartment homes for the less fortunate, to the upper class renovated apartment homes with new appliances, vaulted ceilings, new carpet and laminate flooring. Maintenance always responds within 24 hours of a formal complaint with the office. Management is always available. It is a safe community with a few Sheriffs that live with-in the community. The only complaint that I have is that the leasing agent for this community is a ditz. Other than that, the pool area is generally kept clean, a great place to bbq and hang out with friends/family during the day. Also, the siding and rotting wood is being replaced and the community is about to get a fresh coat of paint and the landscape work is beautifully kept.
