James, the owner, could not have been more helpful. I was nervous about selling my old gold and about what to expect since it was the first time I'd ever been in a pawn shop. He was very nice and understanding. After looking over my pieces he gave me a price which I felt was more than generous, certainly more than I expected. He even persuaded me not to sell one piece as the senitmental value was probably more than what he could give me. I have since returned to sell some other pieces and will go back again. I've recommended them to my friends who have since had the similar experiences with Budget Buy and Sell. I feel comfortable going in there and find them to be honest and fair in all their dealings.
