Review content:
The people that work in this hotel were without fail friendly and helpful. Our family of 5 went on a long trip this summer and at several hotels the people were rude or maybe if they weren't rude they were cold and unhelpful. Just one example is that when our train was late the shuttle driver picked us up after he was supposed to be off. He was very nice about it. The breakfast was superior, the best we had all trip. Yes the hotel is a bit old and maybe could use new carpet, but we felt it was clean. We really appreciated the employees cheerfulness and helpfulness. They must be treated well because we certainly didn't experience the same treatment anywhere else. The price was also right. We would absolutely stay there again.
