Convenient 11/29/2010

I travel on business and fly out of Las Vegas quite a bit. I always stay here, because it is close to the airport and close to the strip, without the cost of a strip hotel. The MGM shuttle is right across the street and there are many different restaurants to choose from. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and when I have a later flight they will store my luggage until I need to pick it up. This is the most affordable and convenient place for my needs. more

We really appreciate the VERY clean rooms...the friendly staff and the breakfast attendant who keeps everything clean and sanitary...no kids in wet swimsuits handling food and then putting it back...no bare feet; makes the delicious breakfast even more enjoyable! Thank you, Settle Inn, for the standards you've set! more

The price was very reasonable and the room was great. Even though its only rated as a 4-star motel, I'd give it 5 at least. However, if everyone knows about it, I won't be able to get a room anymore. So, just tell your best friends. more

This hotel is a gem...crisp, clean rooms creatively decorated, perfect amenities, but most of all, a wonderfully friendly staff. Easily accessible with a fine Cracker Barrel next door. more

Top-Notch 11/15/2010

As it turns out, the quality was top-notch. It even has a nice pool and Spa facility. What really stood out for me, though, was the service. The front desk was helpful and very friendly, even though we were a bit confused after a 9.5 hour drive that day. That goes a long way in my book. more

hot breakfast was a big plus 11/5/2010

First Impression of the Hotel was misleading. Appeared from the outside that the Hotel may be showing some age, and not in the optimal location. However, the Suite rooms we booked at a very competitive rate were very spacious, clean and nice not to mention the added amenities. Hot breakfast was a big plus as well. We visited the Harrah's Casinos during our stay, and the location was only a couple of miles from those attractions, making it a great location in that respect. more

I was really pleased with the hotel itself. It had a very nice pool area and it was nice to be able to play pool and dance without paying for a taxi to get you downtown and back. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with all our requests. more

Excellent access to downtown 9/29/2010

We stayed at the hotel for a conference I had in Omaha. Excellent access to downtown Omaha and the interstates but there is no pedestrian access across the river. Room was very large with microwave and refrigerator. Pool was small but well maintained. Breakfast was good quality but this is the first place we stayed where you had to use your room key to get into the breakfast room. They have a shuttle van to take you anywhere within 5 miles. 3 nights and 3 days of breakfast for 5 for $205 including tax was a great price so we were not unhappy more

Loved the themed rooms 9/28/2010

We stayed with our 3 kids and couldn't have been more pleased. I am extremely picky when in comes to cleanliness in hotels and this place was great. The kids LOVED the themed rooms the service was exceptional. We were treated like guests at the Ritz. more

The people that work in this hotel were without fail friendly and helpful. Our family of 5 went on a long trip this summer and at several hotels the people were rude or maybe if they weren't rude they were cold and unhelpful. Just one example is that when our train was late the shuttle driver picked us up after he was supposed to be off. He was very nice about it. The breakfast was superior, the best we had all trip. Yes the hotel is a bit old and maybe could use new carpet, but we felt it was clean. We really appreciated the employees cheerfulness and helpfulness. They must be treated well because we certainly didn't experience the same treatment anywhere else. The price was also right. We would absolutely stay there again. more

This property fits the bill 9/23/2010

When I travel, I have 3 requirements in regards to lodging. 1. Clean 2. Coffee Pot 3. Internet. This property fits the bill. I stay here several times a year in the winter when the weather is bad and the commute home difficult. more

Staff was Great 9/23/2010

The staff was great. They upgraded our room so that our kids would be closer to the pool. There was plenty of space in the motel room and the pool was actually warm enough for them to swim in. The deluxe continental breakfast was great from the eggs to the cereal. We would definitely stay there again! more
